• 试图绕过安全控制（如越狱/破解）。

2. 您对自身内容负责

• 您对上传的提示与内容、以及如何使用或依赖输出负责；
• 在据此行动或发布前，应核实其准确性；
• 确保您上传的输入内容已获相应权利或许可。

3. 知识产权与下架

您不得利用本服务侵犯任何第三方的知识产权。我们提供权利人的侵权投诉下架通道：发送邮件至 hello@fabspace.online， repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

4. 我们的权利

对于违反本政策或存在滥用风险的情况，我们保留移除或限制内容、拒绝或过滤输出、暂停或终止账户、限制功能或访问的权利。这些权利既适用于政策违规，也适用于疑似滥用。

This Policy is part of the Terms of Service. By using FabricNest you agree to the following rules.

1. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use the Service to engage in or disseminate:

• illegal content or instructions to commit wrongdoing;
• non-consensual sexual content, privacy violations, or deepfakes;
• hate, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence;
• malware, hacking instructions, credential theft, or attempts to bypass safeguards;
• doxxing or publishing personal data without lawful basis;
• fraud, deception, or impersonation (including misrepresentation of provenance);
• attempts to evade safety controls (e.g. jailbreaking).

2. Responsibility for Your Content

• You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit and for how you use or rely on outputs;
• verify accuracy before acting on or publishing outputs;
• ensure you have the rights or permissions for any input content you upload.

3. IP & Takedown

You may not use the Service to infringe any third party's intellectual property. We provide a takedown pathway for rights holders: email hello@fabspace.online. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

4. Our Rights

Where there is a policy violation or abuse risk, we reserve the right to remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, suspend or terminate accounts, and limit features or access. These rights apply to both policy violations and suspected abuse.
