1. 服务商与身份

本服务由 FabSpace（以下简称"我们"）运营，站点域名为 fabspace.online。您理解并同意，您是通过本服务与 FabSpace 订立合同，而非与任何其他第三方。

2. 条款的接受

您访问、浏览或继续使用本服务，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款及我们公示的隐私政策、退款政策与可接受使用政策（统称"协议"）。若您不同意，请勿使用本服务。

3. 账户

• 您须对账户下的所有活动负责，并妥善保管登录凭据。
• 注册即声明您已年满 16 周岁，具备相应民事行为能力。
• 每个自然人应仅持有一个账户；我们保留暂停或注销违规账户的权利。

4. 可接受使用与禁止滥用

您同意不会滥用本服务，包括但不限于：

• 任何违法或侵权行为；
• 欺诈、垃圾信息、虚假交易或干扰其他用户；
• 侵犯他人知识产权（如上传未经授权的受版权保护内容）；
• 安全干扰，包括传播恶意软件、未授权探测、爬取或试图破坏系统。

详细规则见《可接受使用政策》。我们保留在合规与风险需要时，移除或限制内容、拒绝或过滤输出、暂停或终止账户及限制功能的权利。

5. 知识产权

我们保留本服务及其全部知识产权（包括但不限于软件、文档、品牌标识、设计）的所有权。您保留您自行上传内容（如布料记录、图片、备注）的所有权，并授予我们为提供、运营与改进服务所必需的有限、非独占许可。

我们尊重第三方权利。若您认为某内容侵犯您的权利，可通过 hello@fabspace.online 提交下架投诉，我们将按流程处理。

6. 服务级别

本服务按"现状"提供。我们尽力保障服务可用，但不对服务的连续性、及时性、无错误或 uninterrupted 运行作出保证；服务可能因维护、升级或不可抗力暂时中断。

7. 付款、订阅与税费

本服务中的一切付款（包括一次性购买与订阅）均由 Paddle 作为商户记录方（Merchant of Record）处理。您与 Paddle 之间的购买关系受 Paddle 结账买家条款 约束。我们不直接存储您的银行卡号等支付凭据。

• 订阅可随时取消，取消后将在当前计费周期结束后停止续费。
• 价格、币种与适用税费（含增值税）以结账页面显示为准。

8. 暂停与终止

出现以下情形时，我们可暂停或终止您对服务的访问：实质性违反本协议；欠费或支付纠纷；存在安全或欺诈风险；或重复、严重的违规。终止后，您账户下的相关数据可能按隐私政策处理。

9. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本服务导致的间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任。我们的累计责任不超过您在过去 12 个月内实际支付的费用总额。

10. 条款变更

我们可能不时修订本协议。重大变更将通过站内通知或邮件告知；变更发布后继续使用本服务，即视为您接受修订后的条款。

12. 适用法律

本协议受 China 法律管辖，争议提交有管辖权的法院解决。

Welcome to FabricNest (the "Service"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Seller & Identity

The Service is operated by FabSpace (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), under the domain fabspace.online. You acknowledge that you are contracting with FabSpace, and not with any other third party.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• By registering you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement.
• One natural person should hold only one account; we reserve the right to suspend or remove abusive accounts.

4. Acceptable Use & Misuse

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• any unlawful or infringing activity;
• fraud, spam, fake transactions, or interference with other users;
• infringement of intellectual property rights (e.g. uploading unauthorized copyrighted material);
• security interference, including malware, unauthorized probing, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the system.

Detailed rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, suspend or terminate accounts, and limit features where compliance or risk requires.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the Service and all intellectual property therein (including software, documentation, branding, and design). You retain ownership of content you upload (such as fabric records, images, and notes), and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service.

We respect third-party rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a takedown request to hello@fabspace.online and we will process it accordingly.

6. Service Level

The Service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it available but make no warranty of uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation; the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Taxes

All payments in the Service (including one-time purchases and subscriptions) are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase relationship with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. We do not directly store your card or payment credentials.

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops renewal after the current billing period.
• Prices, currencies, and applicable taxes (including VAT) are shown at checkout.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a material breach of this Agreement, non-payment or payment dispute, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination, data under your account may be handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
