本服务由 FabSpace 提供，所有付款与退款均由 Paddle 作为商户记录方处理。关于付款、税费与退款的通用规则，适用 Paddle 结账买家条款。
1. 取消订阅
- 订阅（月度/年度会员）可随时取消，不设违约金。
- 取消后，当前已付费的计费周期结束前您仍可正常使用，之后停止续费，不再扣款。
- 取消方式：在应用内账户菜单操作，或通过 Paddle 发送的收据邮件中的管理链接。
2. 退款
- 对于首次购买订阅，若在购买后 14 天内申请，可请求退款；是否退款由 Paddle 依其买家条款裁定。
- 本服务为数字订阅，一旦开通即视为已交付；当前计费周期开始后的常规续费通常不予退款，但您可取消以停止后续扣款。
- 我们不直接向您退款，所有退款由 Paddle 处理并原路退回。
3. 如何申请
请通过 Paddle 的订单管理页面（paddle.net）发起，或邮件联系 hello@fabspace.online 并附上订单信息，我们将协助您向 Paddle 提交。
4. 争议
如对扣款有疑问，请先联系我们；无法协商解决时，您亦可向您的发卡行或支付方提出异议。
The Service is provided by FabSpace. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. General rules on payment, tax, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
1. Cancelling a Subscription
- Subscriptions (monthly / yearly) can be cancelled at any time, with no penalty.
- After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period; renewal then stops and you will not be charged again.
- You can cancel in the app's account menu, or via the management link in the receipt email sent by Paddle.
2. Refunds
- For an initial subscription purchase, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase; whether to grant it is determined by Paddle under its Buyer Terms.
- As a digital subscription, access is deemed delivered once activated; routine renewals after the current period has started are generally non-refundable, but you may cancel to stop future charges.
- We do not refund you directly — all refunds are handled and returned by Paddle to the original payment method.
3. How to Request
Initiate via Paddle's order management page (paddle.net), or email hello@fabspace.online with your order details and we will help submit the request to Paddle.
4. Disputes
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first; if unresolved, you may also raise a dispute with your card issuer or payment provider.
